Use the Drill Down Reports tab of the Project Visualization Options dialog box to select up to five reports to which you want to drill down from the visualization map. When you right-click in a block on the visualization map, the pop-menu displays these reports as menu options. Click the report you want, and Vision displays a drill-down version of that report in a separate window.
Report Options
When you select a type of drill-down report, you must also select a set of saved options for that report. When you create that set of options, make sure they are compatible with the options you select for the visualization map from which you will be drilling down. Vision filters the report based on the block from which you drill down, but it is up to you to specify the appropriate report options. If you use the Multicurrency feature, for example, select the same presentation currency for the drill-down report as you do for the visualization map.
The name of the saved set of options is also the default name that Vision displays on the pop-up menu in the Visualization window. However, you can change that name in
Menu Name on the Drill Down Reports tab.
