Toolbar of SF330 Proposals Form

Use the SF330 Proposals toolbar to create and modify SF330 proposals.

Field	Description
Save	Click this option to open the Save Proposal dialog box.
New	Click this option and select one of the following options to create a new SF330 proposal: Create a New SF330 Create SF330 from Opportunity Copy Current SF330
Delete SF330	Click this option to delete the current SF330 proposal. If you delete a proposal from the Vision database, you cannot undo the deletion.
Open	Click this option and select a proposal from the SF330 Lookup.
Edit	Click this option and select one of the following: Preferences — Opens the 330 Preferences form. Use this form to review and change the formatting and other settings for proposals before you start to make a new SF330 proposal. Template Editor — Opens the SF330 Template Editor dialog box. Use this form to create, change, and manage SF330 merge templates.
Create Proposal Log	Click this option to open the Proposal Log dialog box.
Merge	After you enter data on the SF330 form, you merge the data with SF330 merge templates to create an SF330 proposal. Click Merge to display the 330 Merge form. Use the form to merge the data with the template to create your SF330 proposal.
Help	Click this option to display the Vision online help for SF330 Proposals.
