Batch Deletes Utility

Use the Batch Deletes utility to delete multiple Info Center records, both standard and user-defined.

You can also use the Batch Deletes utility for custom, SF254, SF255, and SF330 proposals.

• If you delete an Info Center record, Vision also removes its references to other Info Center tables.
• If you delete a project, phase, or task, Vision deletes related Billing Terms records. Vision also verifies that the record is not referenced as an intercompany project, phase, or task, for unrealized and realized gains and losses, before deleting the record.
• You can also use this utility to mark multiple records as "inactive." This option only applies to Info Center records.

You can schedule this utility to run at a later time.
