Use the Leads tab to associate one or more leads with a marketing campaign. You associate a lead record with a marketing campaign record when you add it to the Leads grid. Both records reflect the association. This tab also lists all converted leads for which the campaign was specified on the Convert Lead dialog box.

A lead record must exist in your database before you can associate it with a marketing campaign record.
Leads Grid
The fields on the grid display information from the lead record in the Lead Info Center.

Leads Drop-down

Click the drop-down arrow on a grid header to complete any of the following actions:
- To print grid data, click
Print. When the Print Preview form displays, click
to send the grid data to your default printer.
- To export grid data to an Excel spreadsheet, click
Export to Excel. When Microsoft Excel opens, use its features to modify, print, or email the data, or to save the spreadsheet file locally.
- To turn on grouping for a grid, click
Enable Grouping. When a field displays with the instruction: "Drag a column header here to group by that column," drag and drop column headers into this field, in the sequence that you want them to display.
Not all options are available on all grids.

Associate

Click this option to add a lead to the Leads grid.

Convert

Click this option to open the Convert Lead dialog box. You can then qualify the lead and convert the lead record to a
client, contact, or opportunity record, or you can disqualify the lead.

Remove
|
Click this option to remove a lead from the Leads grid.

Name
|
This column displays the lead's name.
Click the name to open the record in the current browser window or right-click the name and then click the
Open in new window option to open the record in a separate browser window.

Company
|
This column displays the lead's company.
|
Status
|
This column displays the lead's status.

Description
|
This column displays the lead's description.
