Delete a Contact from an Activity

When you delete a contact from an activity, Vision removes the contact from the activity schedule and deletes the contact from the Contacts grid. Contacts are not notified when they are removed from an activity.

To delete a contact from an activity, complete the following steps:

  1. Open the Activities dialog box, and click the Contacts tab.
  2. In the Contacts grid on the Contacts tab, click the row that contains the contact that you want to delete from the activity.
  3. On the Contacts grid toolbar, click Delete, and then click OK. If you opened the Activities dialog box from the Activity Calendar, your entries are saved automatically.

    If you opened the Activities dialog box from an Info Center or from the Activity Manager, you must click Save on the form's toolbar to save your entries.
