Use the Personal tab to enter, edit, or review an employee's address, home phone number, Social Security number, and other personal information.

To ensure the confidentiality of employee personal information, only users with the appropriate security access can view the information on the Personal tab.

Address and Phone

Use this group box to enter the employee's address and phone information.

|
Enter the employee's address.

City
|
Enter the employee's city.
|
State/Province
|
Use this drop-down list to enter the employee’s state or province.
|
Zip/Postcode
|
Enter the employee's ZIP or postal code.
|
Country
|
Use this drop-down list to specify the employee's country.
|
Home Phone
|
Enter the employee's home telephone number. Your system administrator defines the format for your phone numbers.

Hours/Day
|
Enter the number of hours per day the employee is generally expected to work.
|
Social Security Number
|
Enter the employee's Social Security Number.
|
Raise Date
|
Enter the date of the employee's next scheduled raise or click
Calendar and select a date.
|
Termination Date
|
Enter the date that the employee was terminated or click
Calendar and select a date.
When there is a date in this field, the
Standard Hours on the Time Analysis report stop on the entered date. For example, if the
Termination Date is 05/01/2015, there are no Standard Hours on the Time Analysis Report past 05/01/2015 when using the Hours-per-Day method to calculate Standard Hours. If you terminate and then rehire the employee, you must clear the
Termination Date field for the correct data to display on the Time Analysis report.

Enter any notes or information related to the employee.
