Profit Planning Monitor Labels Tab

Vision provides default labels for the types of accounts (revenue, reimbursable expenses, and so on) that are included on the Profit Planning Monitor. Use the Labels tab to specify different labels for your reports. You can also specify labels for report subtotals.

Field Description
Account Type Labels Specify the label you want to use for each of the following account types and subtotals:

  • Revenue

  • Reimbursable, Subtotal

  • Direct, Subtotal

  • Indirect, First Subtotal, Second Subtotal

  • Other Charges, Subtotal

Box Type Select one of the following label box types:

  • None

  • Line (the default)

  • Inside frame border

Color Select the background color of the label box. Vision uses this color choice when you display a report on your computer or print it on a color printer.
Align Select one of the following options for aligning text in the boxes:

  • Left

  • Center (the default)

  • Right
