You can create a new SF330 proposal based on an opportunity record. The opportunity record does not contain all of the information you need to fill out an SF330 form. If necessary, you can change the opportunity data in an SF330 proposal. - Copy an Existing SF330

You can add graphics to your SF330 proposals. If a graphic file is connected to a project record on the project's Files tab in the Projects Info Center, you can select the graphics file and add it to Part 1, Section F, Block 24 of an SF330 proposal. - Populate a Block from a Text Library
You can populate some proposal form blocks with information stored in a text library. For example, you can use a text library as the source for information in Block 30 on the Section H tab.
