When you delete an attendee from an activity,
Vision removes the employee from the activity schedule and deletes the employee from the Attendees grid.
Attendees are not notified when they are removed from an activity. However, the activity is removed from their calendar.
To delete an attendee from an activity, complete the following steps:

Open the Activities dialog box and click the Attendees tab.

In the Attendees grid, click the row that contains the employee that you want to delete from the activity.

On the Attendees grid toolbar, click
Delete and then click
OK.
If you opened the Activities dialog box from the Activity Calendar, your entries are saved automatically.
If you opened the Activities dialog box from an Info Center or from the Activity Manager, you must click
Save on the form's toolbar to save your entries.
