You can add a Reports dashpart that contains links to frequently used global and favorite reports.
To add a Reports dashpart, complete the following steps:

Click
Dashboard at the top of the screen.

On the toolbar, click
Configure.

Click
Add System Dashpart.

Enter a name for the dashpart.

From the
Dash Part Types drop-down list, select
Reports.

Click the
Configure button to select the reports to include in the dashpart.

Select a single report and click
OK, or press the CTRL key while you select multiple reports.
