You can associate employee records with client records.

Example One

If you open the client record for Columbia University and add Evan Plumb to the Employees grid:

• Evan Plumb — and related employee information — displays in the Employees grid on the Associations tab of Columbia University's client record.

• Columbia University — and related client information — displays in the Clients grid on the Associations tab of Evan Plumb's employee record.

If you open the client record for Columbia University and remove Evan Plumb from the Employees grid:

• Evan Plumb — and related employee information — no longer displays in the Employees grid on the Associations tab of Columbia University's client record.

• Columbia University — and related client information — no longer displays in the Clients grid on the Associations tab of Evan Plumb's employee record.

Example Two

If you open the employee record for Evan Plum and add Columbia University to the Clients grid:

• Columbia University — and related client information — displays in the Clients grid on the Clients tab of Evan Plum's employee record.

• Evan Plum — and related employee information — displays in the Employees grid on the Associations tab of Columbia University's client record.

If you open the employee record for Evan Plum and remove Columbia University from the Clients grid:

• Columbia University — and related client information — no longer displays in the Clients grid on the Clients tab of Evan Plum's employee record.

• Evan Plum — and related employee information — no longer displays in the Employees grid on the Associations tab of Columbia University's client record.
