The Text Library Audit Detail report displays original and new column values for each update, delete, and insert action performed on records in the Text Library Info Center.
Text Library Audit Report
To see user IDs and dates for the operations, generate the Text Library Audit report.
If a Text Library Record is Deleted
If a text library record is deleted, the name of the text library record is blank wherever that record is displayed on the report.
Configuration Setting
This report is only available if your system administrator has enabled auditing for the Text Library Info Center.
Options Dialog Box
Use the
Options dialog box to specify reporting options for a report. Depending on the report, the dialog box contains one or more of the following tabs: General, Sorting/Grouping, Columns, Budget, Metrics, User Defined Sections, Activity, Drill Down, Layout, and Graph.
