For each employee that you add in Block 7, the Build a Resume by Category option is available in Block 7g on the Employees tab of the SF255 form. To build a resume, you select text categories for the employee on the Resumes tab of the Employees Info Center record.
To build Block 7g using the employee's resume text categories, complete the following steps:

From the
Vision Navigation menu, click
.

Click the Employees tab and locate the employee.

In Block 7g, click
Resume by Category.

On the Select Items dialog box, click a text category in the
Available column and then click
Right -> to move the text category to the
Selected column.

Use the
Move Up or
Move Down buttons to change the sequence of the text categories.

Click
OK.
