Managing Contact Associations

If one of your contacts has a relationship with another contact, you can associate their records and describe their relationship in the Contact Info Center.

You can also specify relationships between contact records and other types of Info Center records on the grids throughout the Contact Info Center. For example, to associate an opportunity with a contact, you insert the opportunity on the Opportunities grid of the Opportunities tab in the Contact Info Center.
