Tailor the contract settings for each project to align with its unique characteristics. This includes customizing details like the project name, logo for use on contract items, report templates, and more. Additionally, you can selectively choose the contract item types available for use within a specific project, ensuring a personalized and project-specific configuration. - View Contract Items
You can use the contract management dashparts in the Personal Zone to view your contract items by project and status. - Create a Contract Item for a Project
You can create a contract item against a project, such as a RFI or an instruction, and send it to one or more selected recipients on the project. Some items may require approval before they are sent to recipients. - Clone a Contract Item for a Project
To save time, you can create a copy of a contract item for a project. All information is copied, including recipients, attachments, user-defined questions, cost items, subject, message, and priority. Items that have been completed cannot be cloned. - Resend Requests for a Contract Item
You can resend notification requests to recipients assigned to a contract item. For example, this is useful if an item is overdue, and you want to remind one or more recipients to respond. - Review a Contract Item
Some contract types require approval before they can be assigned to nominated recipients. If your role permits you to approve contract items, any items that require your approval display in your CM Notifications Dashpart. You may also receive an email notification. You choose to either approve or reject items. - Respond to Contract Items
Contract items require a response from one or more assigned recipients. If you are a recipient on a contract item, you receive an email notification to request your response, and the item is added to your CM Notifications dashpart in the Personal Zone. - Complete a Contract Item
Some contract item types may require completing after the required response(s) have been added. If you have a role that allows you to complete contract items, you close an item to prevent any further responses from being added. - Revert a Completed Contract Item
You can revert a completed contract item back to the response stage. This is used when you want to allow recipients to add additional responses. When you revert a contract item, all recipients are notified that the item is open again for responses. - Report on Contract Items
Several reporting options are available to help you to manage contractual information for a project. These reports can be used to track the status of contractual items, identify any potential risks or issues, and ensure that all contractual obligations are being met.
