Manage Entitlements for Individual Contacts
You can add, update, and delete absence entitlements for individual contacts.

You can view all current and historical entitlements that have been assigned to a contact. - Add an Entitlement to a Contact
You add an entitlement to a contact to allow them to book time off from work. You can also assign public holidays, and add lieu time, such as when a contact works overtime. - Edit an Entitlement for a Contact
You can edit an entitlement for a contact to update the dates and amount of the entitlement. - Delete an Entitlement from a Contact
You can delete an entitlement that is assigned to a contact. If you delete a paid holiday entitlement, the contact can no longer book time off from work against it. - Add an Organization
To assist with resource planning for external contacts, such as consultants and subcontractors, and to fulfill timesheet overhead requirements, you can add external organizations to your company's absence scheme. - Remove an Organization
You can remove an organization from your company's absence scheme to disable all absence data for all contacts within the organization. If you re-add an organization at a later date, all previous entitlements and bookings are reinstated.
