Add Markup to a Document

You can add markup to documents and drawings, such as annotations, signatures, notes, form elements, stamps, and so on.

To add markup to a document:

  1. Navigate to the Information Zone or the Documents tab on an entity record, such as a project or organization.
  2. Find the document or drawing and then click > View / Markup.
  3. On the PIM Viewer tab, use the following options to add the required markup:
    Menu Options
    View View the document or diagram
    Annotate Add and format text

    Add shapes

    Insert Add a signature

    Add stamps

    Add call outs

    Measure Add measurements
    Edit Text Add paragraphs

    Add images

    Fill and Sign Add a signature

    Add free text

    Add tick boxes

    Add stamps

    Add the current date

    Forms Add form fields, such as text fields, check boxes, radio buttons, list boxes, and combo boxes.
  4. When you have finished adding your markup, click , and then close the PIM Viewer tab.
