Use the Advanced Search to Find Internal Contacts

You can search for contacts within your organization. When you search for contacts, you can specify one or more search criteria to limit your search.

To use the advanced search to find internal contacts:

  1. On the header bar, click Activity Zone.
  2. In the Search Activity Zone field at the top, enter Search Internal Contacts.
  3. Click the Search Internal Contacts link that displays.
  4. On the search window, use the Search pane on the left to enter the criteria that you want to search against.
  5. To add an OR search, click Add 'Or' Search on the toolbar.
    When you add an OR search, the system returns results that match both sets of criteria. This is useful if you want to search for records using multiple values for selected fields. For example, you can search for records that have different statuses, or linked to different projects.
  6. Click Run Search.
  7. Optional: In the search results that display, click the name of any contact that you want to view.
