Create a Global Defect Report

You can create an Excel report with a data connection to the PIM database to report on all defects logged against all projects. Once the report is created, you can update it at any time with the latest data.

To create a global defect report:

1. On the header bar, click Activity Zone.
2. In the Search Activity Zone field at the top, enter Global Excel Snag Report or Global Excel Punch List Report, depending on your territory.
3. On the Global Excel Snag Report or Global Excel Punch List Report window, click Click here to download report, and then choose a location to save the report to.

When you open the Excel report for the first time, you must click Enable Editing if prompted. In addition, each time you open the spreadsheet, you must provide your PIM login details in order to update the spreadsheet with the latest data.

To update the data in the Excel spreadsheet, click Data > Refresh All.
