Filter by Suggestion

After you conduct a document search in the Information Zone, the system provides a set of suggestions that you can use to filter your search results by.

Suggestions are grouped by category, and each category includes the top results for the category. Depending on how your system is configured, categories may include publishers, linked entities, linked document pools, publish date, file type, and so on. Categories are ordered by the most number of hits, and the number of documents associated with each suggestion is indicated for the current search results.

Suggestions work alongside any other custom filters that you apply. When you click a suggestion, it adds it as a filter to the Search Filters panel. You can select multiple suggestions to filter your search results by. To remove a suggestion, click in the Search Filters panel.
