Search for Emails and Documents in Classic View

You can use Classic View mode in the PIM Information Zone to search for published emails and documents. When you conduct a text search, it searches against titles, details, and content.

To search for emails and documents in Classic View:

1. On the header bar, click Information Zone.
2. If Smart View is enabled, click the Smart View toggle to disable it.
3. In the Search field, enter partial or whole text, and click Search.

   Documents that match the search text are displayed in the results pane. If many documents are returned, you can apply one or more filters to refine the search results. Alternatively, consider using the Search Expression Builder to run an advanced search.
