Document Scheme Facet Properties

Use these fields to create and edit document scheme facets.

Field	Description
Name	Enter a descriptive name for the number facet. This name should convey the identifying characteristic or dimension represented by the fact.
Type	Select the type of number facet. Note that some facet types may display additional fields to provide extra information about the facet. Choose the type that best aligns with the characterization needs of your documents.
Order	Enter the order number to determine the sequence in which the facet appears when users create placeholders.
Prefix	Enter a prefix to be applied to the facet when users create placeholders. The prefix helps add context or standardization to the facet, enhancing clarity in document identification.
Suffix	Enter a suffix to be applied to the facet when users create placeholders. The suffix can serve a similar purpose as the prefix, providing additional context or information for better document understanding.
Use in Short Number	Select this option to include the facet in document short numbers. This ensures that the facet contributes to the concise representation of document identifiers, enhancing usability in various contexts.
