Export the List of Users to Excel

You can export the details of all users to Excel. The report includes each user's email address, their user name, the date at which they last changed their password, and their allocated licenses.

To export a list of users to Excel:

  1. On the header bar, click Admin.
  2. In the Search Admin Zones field at the top, enter Users and Licenses.
  3. Click the Users and Licenses link that displays.
  4. On the header of the first column, click .
    If you are using a browser other than Internet Explorer, you are prompted to select a folder to save the Excel report to.
