You edit a team evaluation scheme to change the name, description, and which users roles can access it. You can also modify any of the questions and guidance text. The rating type and measure type cannot be changed.
To edit a team evaluation scheme:

On the header bar, click
Admin.

In the
Search Admin Zones field at the top, enter
Team Evaluation Schemes, and then click the link that displays.

On the Manage
Team Evaluation Schemes screen, click
for the scheme that you want to edit.

On the Edit Ratings Scheme screen, use the details pane on the right to update any of the scheme details.

Add or modify the available questions, as required.
