Configure Two-Factor Authentication
Two-factor authentication (2FA), or multi-factor authentication (MFA), provides an extra level of security to prevent unauthorized access to your system. When 2FA is enabled, users must provide a six-digit code to validate their logon credentials every time they log in to PIM.
In order to log in using 2FA, users must download one of the supported authentication apps - Duo, Google Authenticator, or Microsoft Authenticator - to manage the second factor of authentication. This includes when a user logs in to PIM via the web or the PIM Mobile Working app.
