As a system administrator, you can delegate, approve, or reject any approval ticket that has been delegated, including those for documents, invoice credit notes, purchase documents, timesheets, and more. This ensures that all approval requests are processed in a timely manner, even if a designated approver is unavailable.
To manage delegated approval tickets:

On the header bar, click
Admin.

In the
Search Admin Zones field, enter
Manage Delegated Approvals, and then click the link that displays.
- Optional:
On the Manage Delegated Approvals, use the
Ticket Type list to select the type of ticket that you want to filter by.
This filter is useful if when there are many pending approval tickets and you need to focus on a particular ticket type.

For an approval ticket that you want to action, do the following:

Tip: Before you action a ticket, you can click
to view the details of the ticket, or
to view the ticket's approval route.

Do the following, depending on the option you selected in the previous step:
- If you selected to approve or reject the ticket, enter the reason in the
Approval Notes field, and then click
Save.
- If you selected to delegate the ticket, use the
Delegate To field to select the person that you want to delegate the ticket to, and then enter a reason in the
Approval Notes field. Finally, click
Save.
