Download a Document

You can download a copy of a document to your PC.

To download a single document:

  1. Navigate to the Information Zone or the Documents tab on an entity record.
  2. Search for the document.
    For information, see Search for Documents.
  3. For the document that you want to download, click > Download document.
    Depending on your browser settings, the document is either downloaded to your default download folder, or you are prompted to choose a download location.
