Email Documents Wizard

Use the Email Documents wizard to send documents from a basket to selected people.

Step Description
Rendition Selector Select the renditions that you want to send to selected recipients.
Send Email To Enter the name of the person you want to share the documents with in the Add Recipient field. When the person's name appears, click it to add them to the list. You can add as many recipients as you like. For each person, you choose to add them to the email as a To, CC, or BCC recipient.
Email Composer Enter a subject for the email in the Subject field. You can also enter an email message, if desired.
Choose Pool(s) in which to Publish Email Select one or more document pools to publish the documents to. Some pools may be associated with one or more attributes, such as projects and organizations. You can select one or more entities to associate the documents with when the documents are published to the selected document pools.
Email Options Modify any of the email options, as required.
Confirmation of Email Recipients Review all recipients that will receive the selected documents.
Create Actions Optional. Add one or more actions to follow up on after sending the documents. For example, you might add an action for a follow-up call to selected recipients. You can assign actions to yourself, or to other people. Click to add an action.
