As a project collaborator, you can upload documents and drawings to any projects and enquiries that you have been invited to collaborate on.
To upload files to a project or enquiry:

Navigate to the project or enquiry that you want to upload files to and click the
PIM Teamwork File Upload tab. For information, see
Access a Project or Enquiry
You can also click
Upload Files from the respective dashpart in the
Personal Zone to access the file upload page.

On the
PIM Teamwork File Upload page, do either of the following to add files:
- Drag and drop the files onto the
Drop files here to publish to PIM area.
- Click
Add Files and select the file that you want to upload. Hold the CTRL key to select multiple files.
When you add a file, the system attempts to use the filename to populate the title, revision, and details.

For each file, enter or modify any of the details, as required.
An asterisk denotes a mandatory field. You can set the same information for all files using the lists above certain columns. For example, you can set the same status using the list above the
STATUS column.
To remove a file from the list, click
.

When you are ready to publish the files to
PIM, click
Publish.

On the Publish Files screen, use the
Version Comments field to enter any comments about the file versions.

To upload an issue sheet alongside the files, click
Add Issue Sheet and then select the file.

Click
Publish.
