You can remove a contact from an enquiry if the contact is no longer assigned to it. When you remove a contact, the contact can no longer access the enquiry record, or any information associated with it.
To remove a contact from an enquiry:

Navigate to the enquiry.
You can search for enquiries using the
Search Enquiries link in the
Activity Zone. Enquiries that you are linked to also appear on the History tab in your contact record, and in the Enquiries dashpart in the
Personal Zone.

Do one of the following:
- To remove an internal contact, in the Internal Contacts band, click
for the contact that you want to remove.
- To remove an external contact, in the Organizations and Contacts band, click
for the contact that you want to remove.

OK to confirm.
