Report on Absence Entitlements

To assist you with administering your organization's absence entitlements, you can export a list of entitlements for a given entitlement source to Excel.

To report on absence entitlements:

  1. On the header bar, click Admin.
  2. In the Search Admin Zones field at the top, enter Entitlement Management.
  3. Click the Entitlement Management link that displays.
  4. On the Manage Entitlements screen, use the Entitlement Source list to select the entitlement source that you want to view entitlements for.
  5. On the Entitlement Valid On field, click and select a date when the entitlements are valid on.
  6. Select any other filters, as required.
    For example, you can show only entitlements for a single contact or organization.
  7. Click Search.
  8. On the second column header, click to export the data to Excel.
