Change the Grouping on a Resource Plan

You can choose to group a resource plan by contact or work stage, depending on how you want to view and manage resources for a project. The default grouping is contact, but you can choose to group the rows by work stage if you need to focus on resourcing at the work stage level.

To group a resource plan by contact or work stage:

1. On the resource plan toolbar, use the Display as list to select either Contact or Workstage/Variation.
