Remove External Users from a Project

You can remove one or more external contacts that have been invited to collaborate on a project. When you remove an external user, it revokes their access to the project, but it does not remove them as a listed contact.

To remove external users from a project:

  1. Navigate to the project.
    You can search for projects using the Search Projects link in the Activity Zone. Projects that you are linked to also appear on the History tab on your contact record, and in the Projects dashpart in the Personal Zone.
  2. On the General tab, under Organizations and Contacts band, click Remove Teamwork Users.
  3. On the Remove Teamwork Users screen, select the check box of each user that you want to remove.
  4. Click Remove.
