Copy External Organizations to an Enquiry

To save time, you can copy external organizations from an existing campaign, project, team, tenure, opportunity, property, tender, or community.

To copy external organizations to an enquiry:

1. Navigate to the enquiry.
   You can search for enquiries using the Search Enquiries link in the Activity Zone. Enquiries that you are linked to also appear on the History tab in your contact record, and in the Enquiries dashpart in the Personal Zone.
2. In the Organizations and Contacts band, click Copy Organizations.
3. On the Copy Organizations window, use the first list to select the record type that you want to copy organizations from.
4. In the Filter Entity Name field, enter the name of the record. When the name of the record appears, click it to select it.
5. In the list of organizations that displays, select each organization that you want to copy.
6. Click Copy Organizations.
