Rendition Files Automatically Matched to Document Placeholders

Use these fields to modify the details of placeholders and matching documents.

Field	Description
Received Date	Select the date when the document was received.
Requested Approval Date	Select the date when the document should be approved by.
Status	Select the status of the document.
Sending Organization	Select the organization where the document originated from.
Detail	Specify any additional information about the document. For example, if the document is a drawing, you might add the location that the drawing relates to. To automatically add the filename as the detail to all documents, click Generate Details.
Revision	Choose to increment the document revision, or maintain the current document revision. If you select Current Revision, the existing revision number is replaced with the new revision number. If the document is a different file type to the one that already exists, the document is published as a second rendition.
Suitability	Select the suitability of the document.
Required By Date	Select the date when the document is required to be issued by.
