You can add document placeholders to baskets to help you to quickly access and manage related documents. You can also share document baskets with others.
To add a document placeholder to a basket:

Navigate to the project.
You can search for projects using the
Search Projects link in the
Activity Zone. Projects that you are linked to also appear on the History tab in your contact record, and in the Projects dashpart in the
Personal Zone.

On the project window, click the
DLM tab.

Select the check box of each placeholder that you want to add to a basket.
If there are many placeholders in the list, use the search to find placeholders, or add filters to narrow down the list.

Click the Basket tab.

Do one of the following:
- To add the selected placeholders to an existing basket, select the basket from the
Current Basket list.
- To create a new basket to add the selected placeholders to, click
New Basket, and then enter a name for the new basket.

Click
Add to Basket.
