Report on Staff Utilization

The Staff Utilization report can be used to identify staff that are either over-utlized or underutilized. The report provides a breakdown of each contact's time for a selected period, including project time, overhead time, leave time, and percentage of utilization.

To report on staff utilization:

  1. On the header bar, click Activity Zone.
  2. In the Search Activity Zone field at the top, enter Staff utilisation, and then click the link that displays.
  3. On the Staff Utilization window, select any filters that you want to apply to the report, such as date range, organization, department, job category, and so on.
  4. Click Search.
  5. To export the data to Excel, click .
