Report on Staff Utilization
The Staff Utilization report can be used to identify staff that are either over-utlized or underutilized. The report provides a breakdown of each contact's time for a selected period, including project time, overhead time, leave time, and percentage of utilization.
To report on staff utilization:
- On the header bar, click Activity Zone.
- In the Search Activity Zone field at the top, enter Staff utilisation, and then click the link that displays.
- On the Staff Utilization window, select any filters that you want to apply to the report, such as date range, organization, department, job category, and so on.
- Click Search.
- To export the data to Excel, click .
