Contents of the Contract Management Project Settings Screen

Use these fields to update the contract management settings for a project.

General

Field Description
Name Enter a name for the project as it appears on contract management items, and in the subject of notification emails.
Search Non Completed by Default Select this option to omit completed contract management items when you conduct a search for contract management items against the project. Leave this option disabled if you want to include both completed and active contact management items in the search results.
Project Logo Click Browse to add or change the logo that appears on contract management documents.

Communications Set Up

Field Description
Report Template Click Add DMS document to change the template that is used to create contract management documents for the project. Usually, a global template is set for all projects, but you can choose a different template.
Admin Notification Timeout Select the number of days that contract notifications remain in the Notifications dashpart before they are removed. By default, this is set to 10 days.
Contract Administration enabled Select this option to enable contract administration for the project.

Available To Project / Reference Offset

Select or deselect the contract management items that you want to make available to the project. For each item, you can set a reference offset for the reference of the next item that is created for the project.
Note: You cannot change the offset if it has previously been modified, and contract items have been created against the previous offset value.

Updating Approvers and Completers on Existing Contract Items

If the system roles for approving and completing contract items are changed in the general contract management settings, click to update the completers and approvers on all existing contract management items for a given contract management type.
