You can revert a placeholder to the previous version. This feature enables you to correct errors when a file has been incorrectly added. When you revert a placeholder, it cannot be undone.
Document placeholders that have been issued cannot be reverted. In this case, you must create a new revision in order to supersede the previous version.

Navigate to the project.
You can search for projects using the
Search Projects link in the
Activity Zone. Projects that you are linked to also appear on the History tab in your contact record, and in the Projects dashpart in the
Personal Zone.

On the project window, click the
DLM tab.

Select the check box for the placeholder that you want to revert.
If there are many placeholders in the list, use the search to find placeholders, or add filters to narrow down the list.

Click the Administration tab.

Click
Revert Placeholder.

On the Revert Placeholder window, click
Revert.

Click
Continue to confirm.
