Configure DLM Reporting

You select which report templates to use for reporting on controlled documents in projects. If SSRS is installed on the PIM server, you can choose between SSRS and legacy report templates.

Note: If you do not have SSRS installed on your server, you can only use legacy report templates.

To configure DLM reporting:

  1. On the header bar, click Admin.
  2. In the Search Admin Zones field at the top, enter Configure DLM.
  3. Click the Configure DLM link that displays.
  4. On the DLM Configuration page, click .
  5. On the Manage DLM Lookups page, click the Report Applications tab.
  6. For each report, do either of the following:
    • To use a SSRS report template, select the report template that you want to use from the list in the Report column.
    • To use a legacy report template, select the report template that you want to use from the list in the Legacy Report column.
      Note: You must ensure there is no report template selected in the Report column for a given report, otherwise it will override the selected legacy report template if SSRS is installed. Select [Clear] from the list in the Report column to remove an SSRS report.
