Report on Controlled Documents and Document Issues
To help you to keep track of controlled drawings and documents for a project, a number of reporting options are available. You can generate a full document register report, and report on a range of document issues. In addition, you can create custom document register reports that report on subsets of data.

As a system administrator, you specify which reports to use for the reporting of controlled documents and documents issues for projects. If you have SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) installed on your PIM server, you can choose between legacy and SSRS report types. - Generate a Document Issue Report
