Manage Expired Teamwork Invites

Identify expired Teamwork invites and then follow up with the contact that invited them.

To manage expired Teamwork invites:

  1. On the header bar, click Admin.
  2. Click System Security and then click Users and Licenses.
  3. On the Licenses page, click the Teamwork License tab and then scroll right on the list of users to find the Invited Date column.
    Any users that have an expired invite display next to the Invited Date column.
  4. Click the contact's name that has an expired invite.
  5. On the contact's record, click the History tab.
  6. Click the project or enquiry.
  7. On the General tab of the project or enquiry, under Organizations and Contacts, scroll right until you get to the Invited Date column.
  8. Hover over to view the invite details, including the contact that invited them.
    You can now follow up with the internal contact to discuss whether to remove the contact or reinvite them.
