Create an Excel Report with a Data Connection for Observations
You can create an Excel report with a data connection to the PIM database to report on all observations against a project. Once the report is created, you can update it at any time with the latest data.
To create an Excel report with a data connection:
When you open the Excel report for the first time, you must click Enable Editing if prompted. In addition, each time you open the spreadsheet, you must provide your PIM login details in order to update the spreadsheet with the latest data.
