View the Details of a Document

You can view additional information about a document, such as the modified and received dates, file size, status, scale, and source. You can also view and download available renditions and previous versions.

Pre-requisites: You must first find the document that you want to view the details for. For information, see Search for Documents.

To view the details of a document:

1. Click > Summary Details for the document that you want to view the details for.
2. To view and download renditions and previous versions, click to expand the respective section.
   You can click the file icon of a rendition or version to view it. To download a file, click .
