PIM Teamwork

If you are an external contact, you may get invited to collaborate on projects and enquiries through the PIM Teamwork portal. This portal provides you with a secure and convenient way to access project information, collaborate on documents, and view and action tasks that are assigned to you.

When you are invited to participate on a project or enquiry, you receive an invitation via email with a link to access the PIM Teamwork portal. The first time you receive an invite to participate on a project or enquiry, you are provided with a username and a temporary password.

Note: Links expire after 3 months, and they are only valid for the specific project or enquiry to which they were issued. If you have not accepted an invitation within this timeframe, you should contact your PIM contact to request a new invitation.
