Review Ratings Across Multiple Entities
You can review and compare global performance ratings linked to multiple entities. You can apply filters to focus on particular areas of interest, and use the charting options to visualize performance trends.
You require the PerformanceRating.Admin entity function role to review ratings across multiple entities.
To review global performance ratings:
- On the header bar, click Admin.
- In the Search Admin Zones field at the top, enter Team Evaluation Schemes, and then click the link that displays.
- On the left navigation pane, click TE Searching & Charting.

On the Searching & Charting screen, select any of the following optional filters:
Filter Description Scheme Choose to return ratings from a selected scheme only. Rating Type Choose to return ratings submitted against a specific record type. You can choose to view ratings submitted against contacts, organizations, projects, or enquiries. Date Choose the date range to return ratings for. By default, ratings for all dates are returned, but you can filter by ratings submitted last week, last month, last year, or you can specify a custom date range. - Click to run a search.

To apply additional filters, click the
Additional Filters toggle to display the Additional Filters pane and choose one or more of the following filters:
Filter Description Measured Type Display only ratings submitted against a single measured type, such as organizations or contacts. When you select a measured type, you can select a specific entity (measured on) or a classification to further refine the results.
Measured On Display only ratings submitted against a specific entity, such as an organization or contact. For example, to review the performance ratings for a particular organization, you choose organization as the measured type, and then you select the organization from this list.
This filter is only available when you select an option from the Measured Type list.
Classification Display only ratings submitted against a selected classification, such as internal or external contacts, or a specific project role. For example, to review the performance ratings for all rated surveyors, you choose organization as the measured type, and then surveyors from this list.
This filter is only available when you select an option from the Measured Type list, as classifications are entity dependent.
Percentage (Min) Display only entities that have a minimum average performance rating. For example, to display only entities that have an average performance of 75% or above, you enter 75.
Percentage (Max) Display only entities that have a maximum average performance rating. For example, to display only entities that have an average performance of 90% or below, you enter 90.
Click Apply to apply the selected filter(s) to the results. -

To view graphical representations of the ratings, do the following:
