Manage Outstanding Actions
System or action administrators can bulk update the status of multiple outstanding actions, such as completing, reassigning, or abandoning them.
Note: You can only change the status of actions that are outstanding or abandoned. Once an action has been completed, its status cannot be changed, and it will not be displayed on the Manage Actions screen.

As an action administrator, you can mark outstanding actions as completed, which is useful for ensuring that all tasks are accounted for. This is especially helpful if a user has completed many actions but has not had the time to mark them as complete. - Reassign Actions
As an action administrator, you can reassign outstanding actions from one user to another, which is useful for managing workflow and ensuring that tasks are completed even when contacts leave your organization. - Abandon Actions
As an action administrator, you can mark outstanding actions as abandoned, which is useful for users who want to start fresh with historic actions that have not been completed. Abandoned actions are removed from the system and will no longer appear in the Actions dashpart or the Actions bandset on associated entity records.
