View Actions for a Record

You can view all actions linked to a record via the Actions tab on a record. Actions can be linked to organizations, contacts, projects, and enquiries.

To view actions associated with a record:

  1. Navigate to the record that you want to view actions for.
  2. Click the Actions tab.
    If the Actions tab is not visible on the header band, click more to display additional menu items.
  3. If required, select one or more filters to apply to the list of actions from the following options:
    Field Description
    Follow Up Select a contact that is assigned to an action.
    Priority Select the action priority.
    Status

    Select the status of actions. By default, outstanding actions are displayed, but you can choose to display actions that are completed, overdue, due in 7 days, or due in 30 days.

    Type

    Select the type of action.

    Organization

    Select an organization.

    After you select one or more filter options, click Search to update the results.
