You can generate a custom report to report on a subset of data.
To generate a custom register report:

Navigate to the project.
You can find projects that you are involved with in the Projects dashpart in the
Personal Zone. Alternatively, you can search for a project in the
Activity Zone.

On the project window, click the
DLM tab.

Click the Document Control & Reporting tab.

Click
Registers.

On the Manage Registers window, do the following:
- If your system is configured to use a modern report, click
to generate an Excel report, or click
to generate a PDF report.
- If your system is configured to use a legacy report, click
to generate a PDF report.
