Rate Entities
As a project member, you can rate entities that are part of your project team via the Team Evaluation tab on certain record types. Usually, a rating scheme involves rating external organizations against projects, but schemes can also be configured to rate contacts, enquiries, and projects.
When you launch a scheme from an entity record, such as a project, you see a list of the available entities that you can rate. You can rate multiple entities in one session up to the maximum configured in your system options. For information, see Configure Team Evaluation Settings.
Depending on how your system is configured, you may not see all entities that are available to rate. For example, if a project is linked to twenty organizations, but your system is configured to allow a maximum of fifteen entities to be rated, you will only see the first fifteen alphabetically-ordered organizations. In this case, you can remove any entities that you do not want to rate, and then add any missing entities that you do want to rate, up to the maximum permitted. When you add or remove entities from a list, the changes are remembered so that you can quickly rate the same entities in future sessions.
